In the first meeting we discuss with you your past academic performance, extra-curricular achievements, your interests, and career aspirations etc.

Long-term vision

Based on what we discuss in the initial meeting, we figure out your long-term career aspirations, goals and roadmap on how to reach them.

University Shortlisting

To achieve the short-term and long-term career goals, we shortlist suitable public universities that offer the program most aligned with for your goals.

Application

After the universities have been shortlisted on a mutually satisfying terms, we start preparing your online application (uni-assist as well as direct).

SOP, LORs, CV drafting

The next stage is to help you write very customized SOP, Eurpoen academic style CV and the structure of the LORs. We do not believe in one size fits all and so do not copy and paste from our past studnets documents.

APS

Parallel to the applications we help you apply for APS so that it arrives at the right time and can be included with the applications.

LinkedIn Profile

Your LinkedIn profile has to align 100% with whatever you have mentioned in the application, CV and SOP. Any discrepancy and it create a question mark on your entire profile. Therefore we edit it, make suitable changes and make sure that it reflects your true professional and academic side.

Document Uplaod

Uploading the required documents is the most important task of the application process. We make sure that all the mandaory documents are uploaded in a timely manner.

Follow up with the universities

After the documents are uploaded, we do all the follow-up with the uni-assist team, university admisison offices to ensure that they have received the application adn entire document checklist has been covered.

Offer Letters

After 6-8 weeks of submisison we start receiving the results. Generally our clients receive offer letters from multiple universities. We halp them select the right university based on the best-fit criteria.

Block Account

As soon as we receive the first offer letter, we start the process of block account with the official banking partner in India.

Visa Application

Once the desired offer letter and block account in place, we start the visa process with VFS.

Registration formalities

After the visa is secured, we move to the next step- registration with the university and selection of the relevant courses for the first semester.

Foreign Exchange

Next, we help you with procuring foreign exchange (card and currency) at the best possible rates through our channel partners.

Temporary housing support

On your behalf we find out the temporary accommodation at the right budget withing the walking distance from your university. We explore both on-campus and off-campus options.

Air Ticket booking

We help you get the best connections to your destination with the lowest possible airfare.

Insurance Planning

Insurance is mandatory for all international students in Germany. We help you get the best possible coverage.

Pre-departure orientation

We conduct pre-departure orientation one week before departure and give you final instructions on how to transition comfortably to campus life.
